Crucible GamePlay:
Crucible, where each match is a struggle for control. You and your teammates won’t just be going face to face with the competition. You must adapt and overcome everything the Crucible planet throws at you.
You’ll work together with your fellow essence hunters to take down aliens, gather objectives, and crush your enemies in search of triumph.
The essence is a unique substance found only in Crucible. Everyone in the galaxy wants it. That’s why you’re here. Crucible attracts all types: Soldiers, rogue agents, and criminals.
Crucible Game Modes:
1. Heart of the Hives:
Heart of the Hives is a four-on-four race to capture the hearts left behind by monstrous hive creatures. Get three hearts, and you win simple as that. Of course, that does mean that you’ve got to kill the hives first. And that is easier said than done.
2. Alpha Hunters:
In Alpha Hunters, you and a partner take on all colors in a fight to be the last hunter standing. Now, if your buddy gets taken out of the action, you can find another solo hunter to team up with. But be careful. If you do make it to the final three, that temporary alliance breaks, and all bets are off.
3. Harvester Command:
Harvester Command has 2 teams of 8 competing to check who can take up the maximum essence by controlling the harvesters. You got to hold more harvesters than your opponents in order to score more points. And eventually, once your points hit 100 you win the game if the enemy team hits 100 points you lose the game.
Once you’ve found a hunter that suits you, pre-select upgrades to fine-tune your fighting style. Access these upgrades in the match by collecting essence. Collect essence by defeating enemies and controlling objectives.
Crucible Game Characters:
• Earl: Earl carries fast-firing quad cannon. All that bulks gives him tons of health and the muscle to carry a jet engine that launches him across the battlefield.
• Summer: Summer is a thrill seeker who uses her custom flamethrowers as much as she likes until they overheat. A little risk keeps things interesting.
• Drakahl: Drakahl, the nastiest example of a nasty, warlike race. This combination of brute force, ferocity, and a deadly axe make him one of the most dangerous fighters in the galaxy.
• Bugg: Don’t let Bugg’s adorable exterior fool you. He creates deadly plant turrets, slows his enemies, and shields his friends.
• Sazan: Sazan understands the value of having the right tool for the job. She swaps between her electro knife, shotgun, and inertia gun.
• Rahi and Brother: One’s got heart. The other’s got brains. Together, they’re an effective fighting duo with close-range brawling tactics, shield manipulation, and recon utility.
• Mendoza: Captain Mendoza’s your all-time run and gun veteran soldier. He’s got access to alleviate and cover to comfort himself through tough fights.
• Shakirri: Shakirri confronts her enemy head-on with her Starlock pistol sword. She is a master in moving fast and precision.
• Tosca: Tosca, is an evil genius who doesn’t fight fair. With a high-tech shotgun and a short-range teleport, she blasts her enemies, then escapes untouched.
• Ajonah: An opportunist and a master of guerrilla warfare, Ajonah harasses her enemies and uses her harpoon gun and her traps to cement her advantage on the battlefield.
