You can restore the backed-up data by reinstalling WhatsApp. It is the most standardized method to restore Whatsapp data.
Step 1:
Reinstall WhatsApp on your mobile.
Step 2:
After installing, add your phone number (the previously used one).
Step 3:
Select the ‘restore chat history’ option and Click on ‘restore’.
This kind of restoration is possible only when you go to settings and click on ‘chat back up’. You can also choose ‘chat back up’ to create back up immediately or click on ‘back up to Google drive.
