Emergency Mode:

Try ‘soft reset’ press the Power button and volume down button simultaneously and hold for about 10 seconds. When the device is in this mode, it will not vibrate, but it will be restarted. If resetting didn’t help, you will need to perform a recovery procedure.
Go to the ‘My device was not detected’ page.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
If your device is not on the list of downloaded packages, you cannot repair your device using the Windows device recovery tool application.

Flash Mode:

Try restarting the device using ‘soft reset’ press the Power button and volume down button simultaneously and hold for about 10 seconds.
The device should vibrate after a while, signalizing that it will restart. If restarting didn’t bring you into normal mode, you will need to install new software on the device.
If your device is detected, select it from the list of devices.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
If your device is not detected, go to the ‘My device was not detected’ page.
